Dear Prospective Exhibitor:
Once again, F.I.E.R.O. (Fire Industry
Equipment Research Organization)
will sponsor a symposium on fire stations. This is our seventh
station symposium since 2000; it has now become an annual
event. The exhibits are an important part of the experience. We invite you to exhibit November 3-4, 2008 in Charlotte.

- This is the original and
premier forum of its type in North America and the fire
service is hungry for information on how to build stations
- All participants will be
solely focused on fire station issues and likely building a
station(s) soon
- Over 250 fire service
personnel and architects are expected
34 states and 4 provinces
were represented last time
- 25-30 exhibitors are
expected (space is limited to 35)
- Exhibit space is
approximately 10’x10’ (you may rent more than one space)
- Exhibits are inside the
hotel---booth backdrops, literature & samples are
appropriate
- Location: The Omni
Charlotte Hotel, 132 E. Trade Street, Charlotte, NC 28202
- Cost: $400 per space;
(only $200 if you also register for the entire Symposium);
Exhibitors receive complimentary continental breakfast on
Friday. Fee includes electricity.

Tuesday, Nov. 4: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00

Noon to 1:30 p.m.
- Set
up is 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2 and 8:00 to 10:00 a.m
on Monday, Nov. 3
- Breakdown is between 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4
- Hotel has a
loading dock, if needed.
